We carved our first pumpkin together and picked it out at the Rutledge-Wilson Farm this weekend. It was perfect weather and the perfect place to be!

He Spells!!

We were writing with sidewalk chalk tonight and he just announced that his name was spelled L-U-K-E like he had been spelling his whole life. When I picked my jaw up off the ground we had to catch it on tape!

9th Tidbit

Man, I don't ever want to forget these! You do this over and over and over again at night. Yes, I know it is to stall so you don't have to go to sleep but I'll take them any way I can get them! You ask for "dail tisses" (jail kisses) repeatedly. We love it!

Giggles

Luke enjoys when I blow bubbles with my gum. Well, he kind of enjoys it and it kind of scares him but it TOTALLY makes him giggle!

Axe Man

Most parents read to their kids before bed. Luke would rather have his face melted off. He loves to rock out!

Easter at Memaw and Paw's was full of egg hunts and yummy food!

Birthday Pics

Luke's 2nd birthday was celebrated at Pandera Bread. It was a blast. All of the family came to watch him blow out candles and open presents. We also got to break open an pinata which was a lot of fun too. It was a perfect afternoon!

Luke's Lines - 1

This weekend has been a weekend of hilarious talk. You are really into basketball. You now say "bick" (bick) and "fiss" (swish) constantly while we play hoop in the living room. You also instruct us to "use the window" pretty often.

I think my favorite spontaneous thing you have said happened tonight. I put dinner on the table. It is called Cowboy Casserole (I think you and daddy both like that it has "Cowboy" in the name). Anyway you said, "NOW YOU'RE TALKING"!! I've heard daddy say that a million times when I put dinner on the table. I guess you were listening too. This is all so incredibly fun!

Hoops

Luke is great with the glass but he most imprtantly has a GREAT outlet pass!
